you should've put "WANTED: SCOOTER" in the thread name. Anyways, he just wants a scooter for less than $1000. They're about $3000 new, but i dunno about 55MPH...

usually they go like 35-45 tops unless you custom it (that is if you can) u won't find one for that much that goes that fast. and most speed limits are no more then 55 on the road so unles syour planning on speeding you dont' need it up to 80
