FS is a black 60gb Ipod video. It has:

-brand new front faceplate
-brand new screen
-brand new headphone jack
-white oem case that comes with it

Although it has a new screen, the backlight on it does not work still (the pic below is old when it did work). It works prefect and haven't had one issue with the hard drive or battery. It is just the ipod, no cables or headphones. Yes it is formatted so no videos or songs are on it.
