Had for about a month now, and don't really need it. I don't watch as many videos as I thought I would and have a 20gb iriver h10 for all my music anyways. Has light scratches on front but will hit it with some brasso before shipping it

. Has light scratches on metal back but this seems to be very common amongst ipods. Battery works perfect and can get about 3-4 hours (depending on kbps of video) of video.
