i have never shipped outside the us. i can but is there different percedures i have to take to get it there? or can i still just go to my local post office and ship it from there.

Just regular procedures...shouldnt cost you more than 7 bucks for a 4-6 days delivery.

The only reason I am getting it from you is so that I save 15 bucks and also the fact that I like eVGA's 1+1 warrenty
