pretty much brand new, i've used it for about an hour then i didn't touch it after. it comes with a heatsink/fan combo. good oc'ing chip.

looking to sell for 90-100 shipped, remember its pretty much brand new.
price can be negotiated.

OK, so I am just wondering... 100 for an E4400 is OK but 120 for an E6420 is too much?

well the only difference is a +2mb L2 cache, and .13mhz, and 800vs 1066fsb.
