yea iono bout this business of 200 video card that's worth at least 400 (new)

The card, In canada, from many stores in Toronto, is only worth 300 Canadian, not to mention i have around 4 of them....Noone i know, and noone on the Internet would buy the card for more then 200....So seeing as i got them free, and any money i recive is 100 percent profit, i don't care how much i sell them for...

I sent this guy a certified check from a bank. He ripped it up and refuses to send me my product. I paid the bank $200 and they gave me a check (basically a money order and if he ripped it up I am out of $200). If he refuses to send me the check (not ripped up) or the product I will contact his local authorities for fraud. Since I have his name, address, e-mails, and his post here saved he will be screwed.

Trax - If you do not send me my money order or item I will seek full prosecution. It is a certified bank check NO ONE I bank with does money orders. I expect a reply within 24 hours before I contact the authorities.

I recived the money today in the mail, but im ripping it up

It is a normal check, from a no name bank, Which means it will take my bank
like i told you before, 30 days to make sure it is real...then another 30
buisness days to make sure it does not bounce.

I am sorry but i do not have 60 buisness days to wait untill i get my money.
So your check will be ripped up, so your not out any money, and im not out
any money...

No where on the check does it say it has been certified or ALREADY paid
for... If you can prove you have already paid for it then yes i wont rip it
up, send your item and i guess be froced to wait 60 days

but if you have not paid for it, and it has to be taken from your bank
still, then it is being riped up so both you and I are not out money or a
product

woah there... you ripped up a 200 dollar check?.. you said you didn't care how much money you made off of them.. well if i needed money, fast, like you said up top, you would be charging more than 200.. It wasn't a check it was a money order. If he ripped it up then I am out of $200 I paid the bank (I actually paid $212 to the bank) for the order, Plus $29 for overnight air. So if he screws me then I'm out $241.

ya, i emailed him back saying he sent me a check in which takes 60 days to clear, beacuse they are not even sure he has the money in his bank account

Usualy with checks you write it down, THEN they check if you have the money in the bank, so i told him, I am going ti rip up the check

SO BOTH me and you are not out anything...then i get 7 emails this morning telling me, I CONTACTED THE FBI

sorry, but if you read the thread i told him, to give me a money order, or a certified check, this was a normal check, HE even has a picture of it, So back to the main topic, he emailed me back 7 times, telling me the fbi is comming after me (over 200 dollers lol)... assuming a riped up the check...

but if he had read the email i sent him, i said if you do not object, i will rip it up, will 7 emails telling me im getting arrested is quite an objection, so i did not RIP IT UP, unlike this 12 year old school kid...i am calm and level headed, he can have his money back, or lack there of...

This is why i hate doing buisness on message boards with kids, becuse they take everything out of context..... I sent him the card already for everyones information, and if i do not get the card back after i sent his money back....he will be getting sued...heck Not to mention he gave me 4 hours to answer his emails before he called the police, Thankfully (sarcasm) this ignorent kid did not realize when somone lives in CAli, and somone lives in Toronto, the time zones are different... so by some fluke i checked my email at 4 am, and saw his frantic attempts to scare me...before i had the Police knocking at my door over a 200 doller check that will bounce...
