Hello,

Here is a site I found, that I use at work in the call center.
It has Tutorial's for many programs customer's use.

It also, has Virtual tools, that mimic the real tools, so that you can see what the customer sees on a program that is not installed on your computer.
This feature is the main reason I use it.

The site does not seem to be complete, but they are always adding stuff.
