Get your money back

Linux and Solaris users can get there money back. Microsoft don't want you to know this, anytime you buy a computer or hardrive that comes with Windows XP or any Windows OS's. All you have to do is call Microsoft and ask for a refund because you don't use Windows. Most you probably already know this though. Refer to these numbers:

So if i by a computer, and dont use the windows it comes with, i use my version. they will pay me?

thats cool but how do they know that you took it off see if that serial # is still in use after the refund.

They don't, see they have to refund it even if you used Windows forever. Because there have been tons of people that have used other OS when Windows came preinstalled that didn't get there money back, so the legal system makes them refund almost anybody as a payback for Microsoft not telling people publicly that they can be refunded.
