| Hey Everyone, I'm actually a business trainer new to the IT scene. I've worked closely with IT professionals in the past as an operations manager, but now I work for an IT company and I'm working to continually upgrade our training program. I would really appreciate the opportunity to hear from some of you about what training you think you would need most in order to go into business for yourself. The company I work with (www.concertonetworks.com) sells IT franchise and Area Developer licenses to IT professionals who are ready to branch out on their own and work for themselves. We currently provide 2 weeks of training that is primarily focused on business and marketing skills and also includes some training from our partners (Sprint, SonicWALL, etc). If you were going to branch out on your own, what would be the most valuable thing you would want from training? Thanks for your time! Heather hmitchell@concertonetworks.com |
