View Excel Multiple Worksheets
One of the functional features of Excel is that it allows you to work with multiple worksheets. However, this can also be frustrating, especially if you want to view data that is stored on more than one worksheet. You can continue to flip back and forth between them, or you can use the steps described below and learn how to view multiple worksheets at once.
- Open the workbook containing the appropriate worksheet.
- Select the tab of the worksheet containing the data you want to view.
- From the Window menu, click the New Window option.
- Repeat these steps for each worksheet you want to view.
- From the Windows menu, click the Arrange option.
- The Arrange Windows dialog box will appear. Select one of the viewing options.
- Click the Windows of Active Workbook option.
- Click OK.
