Firefox themes can be enabled in the same menu that is used to enable and disable extensions. Click on Tools > Add-ons to go there and select Themes from the tab menu there. Firefox has to be restarted every time a new theme is activated.

Trust me, he's real. He was going crazy right after the upgrade... his password didn't translate across. I think he was going to explode if he didn't get to get on to post.

im at my house computer wih 2.0.0.7 and i installed the theme it then asked me to restart firefox after i did that the theme of firefox did not change, whats going on?

EDIT: sorry never mind i had to go to tools > add ons> and apply!
