I didn't have to give any credit card info either, I just gave my name and email and got the serial a few minutes later. Though I'm probably not actually going to use it, should anyone want it.

I did. Maybe it is country based? but i had stopped the process cause they wanted my Credit Card info. I dont give it out for "free" things.

Just an update, been using it for half a month now and it's been nothing but annoying. Any time I install anything, it goes "Oh no! 'setup.exe' is trying to access such and such, do you want to allow or deny this?!! Pay attention to me!" and don't get me started on when I installed the new nVidia beta drivers just now... I got like 20 prompts from it! I disabled UAC for a reason, and I don't want a replacement.
I wholeheartedly... do not recommend this.
Me having gone from ZoneAlarm Free to this.

Of course the only reason I'm using it is because it was free, I neglected to read any features list so the annoyances are mostly my own fault
