Default convert to ntfs

If you choose not to convert your file system to NTFS while installing NT, you can still upgrade to NTFS using CONVERT.EXE.

For example, if you want to convert your FAT file system on your drive C to NTFS:

Go to "Command Prompt"
Type:

CONVERT C: /FS:NTFS

Press ENTER

I've done a conversion from FAT32 to NTFS however the cluster size is 512. I need it to be 4096. Can I conduct this conversion, or is a reformat required?
