What about Capturing a screenshot from a Blu-ray Movie. Everytime I try to capture one all I get is a Black Screen.

If you pause it and do frame-by-frame you can usually get a screenshot, I've found.

There's a number of screen capturing utils that are quite elegant, and free. including addons for firefox/etc. I'd just use one of them. prnt scrn is ok, but rather brutal and clumsy imo. I like snagit for windows myself. Screen Capture | Snagit | Screen capture software by TechSmith or Gscrot/shutter or Ksnapshot for *nix

Screengrab!, an extension for Firefox, allows you to capture the entire page that is currently being viewed in Firefox and not just what you can see.
