Trouble connecting to the Ps2 online service

I cant figure out how to do either ICS,Direct or Router connections, i have my cable box which has a wireless network adapter plugged into it, and by my PC i have a wireless USB adapter, and i cant figure out how to connect that to my Ps2

get a wireless access point that has an RJ45 connection, they make little stations that can connect to one device. set that up buy you PS2 and enjoy. they are only like $50 at compusa or if you have a cable modem (if i read that right)place it by your tv and your router right there and use a cable to connect the PS2 to your router.
