smarter AI.

have the old cheat system entering just 1 weapon code instead of 3

somehow make it playable online on the ps2. have it setup where you can go against other rival gangs (that would be other teams)

after you beat the game add a first person shooter mode which would have the gore mode on. etc...

Yhea A unicycle you could ride it while shooting guns!
That would be fun and funny!

How about a go cart! Yhea GTA:KART that would be a fun game have caharachter with big head steal each others carts and shoot at each other.

What about a skate board yhea instead of steatling the cars you could just hitch rides on them.

Hmm what else. Oh yhea I jet pack. Those are always fun.

Most importantly it must have online multi player.

I think that would about do it.

It should also be set in the near future add some concept cars and what not.
