PS2 slim Modding? (Swap Magic)

Hi I am completley new the whole modding thing and I just have a few questions before I go out and buy some stuff. I have a slim modle ps2, and on the Candaian Mod chip site there is no tool I have seen that can be used for openeing the slim model. What do I do? I Don't want to buy the Premodded Ps2.

Oh, and the game(s) I want to play is the Narutime Hero 3 and the Hagaren 3 game, will they work?
