Ppl not from australia do u have ps2 online and if u do, do u need a fast internet connection and did yours come with a free game. my free game was Hard ware. Just wondering

I have the network adapter. I couldn't tell you if you don't need a fast intenet, because I have one, and Unforutanly I did not get a free game with mine.

I've used the PS2 online with a 56k connection. Only did it once, and it was at my father-in-laws place. It wasn't too bad, but broadband is definitely better.

Is there some sort of monthly fee to play on line or does it just connect with no questions asked??

I've never had to pay any fee, but I think that some do. Everquest is one that I think you have to pay for (I think they've got a port for the PS2, now), and maybe the latest Final Fantasy game. Other than that I don't know.

No fee at the moment for the PS2 online play, unlike XBox Live that has its yearly fees. Most people don't remember because it is still pretty new but after a year you have to cough up some cash to use the service.

PS2 online was horrible, on ghost recon is good, XBOX is better from the looks of my eyes (^^)
