Problem with my PS2

My ps2 is unable to read any DVD disc right now, but it has no problem reading compact disc. Is there anyway to fix this problem

I have a version 9 ps2.

You could get a lense cleaning kit at staples or compusa... if that doesn't work you could send it to sony to get it fixed.

I wouldn't send it to sony because it will charge u so much that u could almost buy a another ps2. Try to clean ur lens or let somebody who knows about ps2's take a look at it
