Default mod chips etc

Are there any sites which sell backups and mod chips. I would like to get everything in one place.

Also, which is the best chip to get with minumal installation. I have noticed the Magic Chip 3.x which looks okay. One site even had with all the wires connected to connectors for almost zero soldering. What do you reccommend??

Is has to play dvd-r and EA Sports Games. I do have a Gameshark v2 but there is no guarantee it will boot.

Try doing a google search for the things you are looking for. The buying and selling of items of dubious legality is not allowed here.

Which version is your PS2? The modchip you get depends on that, so you need to identify your ps2 version first.

There are plenty of fake magic 3 chips floating around, so be careful. I'd recommend a Messiah 2 Pro (no swap) or DMS3 if your system can handle it.

I already had my board shipped yesterday for service with a Magic 3.1 chip.

Looking forward to playing, not so much reassembling first......
