| Perfect Dark was the big game that my family used to play. I had a total of over 300,000 kills on my profile, which is extremely crazy considering the average match is set to 10 kills. That means I have played an average of about 30,000 matches. I was one to use the Laptop Gun sentry, run into a side, and play with the Farsight. The game was great, but I have two complaints. First off, is the Sniper Rifle. I am the hugest fan of Sniper Rifles from every game of First-Person Shooter genre. Perfect Dark's headshot from the Sniper Rifle doesn't have a one-hit kill, which disappoints me. I am a huge accuracy buff, I was once near the top ten leaderboards for Metroid Prime: Hunters, and had the top score of headshots. But unfortunately, leaving out the headshot kill makes the Sniper Rifle not even worth using. Second is the Farsight. This weapon is too good. Many people say that the charged Mauler is way to good, which is also something that can be agreed upon. All you have to do is hide in the corner, conceal yourself for a few seconds, and you can take out over ten people with the Farsight. Not only does it go through walls, but aiming it at someone is extremely easy. One hit, and they are dead. Regardless of where they are. I would play 1v1's with my brother all the time with the Farsight. I would keep my eye on the radar, and search around with the Farsight. If he got close to me, I would switch to the charged Mauler and take him out. If he wasn't close to me, I would pierce him with the Farsight. One of the best combos in the game. But I think it was the first game to introduce eight simulants, which made the gun so worth the playing. For the N64, that game easily takes the best First Person Shooter. Unfortunately, for any other console, I'd disagree. |

"Naming them would either make it clear that Linux is not infringing at all (which is quite possible, especially if the patents are bad), or would make it possible to avoid infringing by coding around whatever silly thing they claim," "So the whole 'We have a list and we're not telling you' should tell you something. Don't you think that if Microsoft actually had some really foolproof patent, they'd just tell us and go, 'nyaah, nyaah, nyaah!'?" whole story here: http://www.vnunet.com/vnunet/news/21...-microsoft-put |

| Perfect Dark was better than Goldeneye, I would say. I played PD64 for hours on end. The uniqueness of the weapons and the fact that you could have up to 8 bots was great. Being able to control the bots and tell them to defend you or to attack a certain person, was another neat touch. |
