Default Nintendo ds lite from hong kong?

I'm looking to get a nintendo ds lite and on ebay the majority are from kong hong and the price is about £20 cheaper then from a UK store.

Does anyone know if these are genuine and will have English text? I assume they are legit since the sellers are power sellers with 99.9% positive ratings but I don't want to get a Ds and a game from hong kong and find out their in Mandarin.

Everything like R4's and other game devices come from Hong Kong and work fine. They are legitimate but ask the buyer what languages are installed before bidding.
