Nintendo have made clear and in no uncertain terms their legal rights and stance on their intellectual property. They have a patent on emulation of their software so any and all Nintendo emulators bar their licensed version (on the Wii) are considered illegal. As such we can not allow discussion of roms and emulators for Nintendo on this site, all such threads will be closed and infractions may be issued.
