Default Frozen gamecube

I rented star wars rogue squadron 2 for gamecube. seems nice but it kept freezing the 'cube. my other games wouldn't do it at all. is there a way to prevent it besides playing certain games?

never had a nintendo game do that.

It could also be how good the graphics are couldn't it? Can't the video thingy in the gamecube overheat just like the pc's? Check the fan in the back, I've heard of fans dying and freezing the cube.

Guy the 'cube disc was sqeaky clean and had no scratches. other games work fine even when the video processing was intensive. i think it was the game itself and not hardware. i checked the fans and they blow thus 'cube is in good working order. must be the game software and a glitch in 'cube. i'm over it now thanks
