wrong! They can easy tell if it is banned from XBL.
Considering that you need to give them your serial number of the xbox for it to be repaired, and that is uploaded when you first connect to XBL, they have an account on your xbox. That and there are seals that are broken once you open the product. What, you reckon they would say, This will void the warrantee if you open it... but we wont actually check??

yes but the seal is nothing but a sticker that can easily be taken off and put back on
and they dont check to see if they are banned because people are constantly receiving 360 replacements that have been banned al ready

that wouldn't make sense if they put a security type sticker/tape on the outside. if its in the inside and you take it apart, good luck putting it back together.

i personally have opened three separate 360s and there is no way of telling its been opened it all snaps right back together

no, i have and there is not a way of telling
and have you not heard the stories of people getting replacement 360s that have been banned already??? you know why? because MS doesnt check, i personally know two people who have replaced their banned 360s for unbanned ones, and i know of people online doing it too

and if MS does realize it, you have already gotten your replacement and they wont say "hey ship the good one back", they will simply unban the console they have
