Default Virtua Fighter 5 - Online

Holy Crap: Virtua Fighter 5 360 Goes Online - Kotaku

So all the talk about Virtua Fighter not having multiplayer because of the imperfections in online gaming. But look what we have here, VF5 will have online on the 360.

A) Is it just me, or is this a huge slap in the face to Sony?
B) Is there a deeper message that says that developers understand that the Sony online network is flawed? I don't know personally, but the fact that it will be online for the 360 has to say something....

I agree that the stability was amazing, but I wasn't really too into all the extra bells and whistles. I just like to play my games online, and I'm not into paying to do that.
