Used 360 games price

My xbox 360 broke again and i am planning on selling all the games sperately on ebay or on the b/s/t section, if i am not allowed to buy a new one frojm bank money.

What would you pay for new games that arn't used much (UK PAL) like.. Burnout Paradise, Halo 3, Assasins creed etc.

And older games such as Gears of War, Perfect Dark Zero, Forza Motorsport 2 etc.
