ok i tryed to mod my xbox... i ftped and everything but when i returend the files i left them in a folder and so i cant boot... mod chips screws up???(dont know why) now it wont even power up...... HELP

Bu a new Xbox console i would recommend in doing so

Hmm, you are probably going to need a bootable disc that either restores the Xbox back to normal or allows you to FTP back into it. However, I have no experience with mod chips, and I haven't done anything to my Xbox in ages. Try looking on Xbins or something.

if it wont power up then you fubarbed something with the modchip install. Some pics would help

so you were able to FTP...which means that it did work...make sure that the modchip is seated all the way....and if solderless remove it and see what happens...
