There is PS2 to Xbox controller converters. I think it was called JoyX or something. Its available online if you look around a bit.

i saw something on ebgames when xbox first came out it was a converter so could use a ps2 controler on a xbox. i was going to buy it but i only use xbox original or xbox approved devices and it was not supported.
