| Newb Techie | yes, it's true, but it's more complicated than that. you're not actually supposed to be able to do that. you need to mod ur xbox, which requires a little bit of time and money. but after you mod ur box, you can do all kinds of things. you can replace the hardrive with a bigger one, copy all ur games to the hard drive, play dvds without buying that doohickey, play media files, and if u know how u can hack ur games. if u want to know more about modding ask, and if i don't give u more information someone probably will. |

| Nah I dont hve an Xbox still wondering whether to buy Xbox or PS2 or even 3 or..... but I just heard that and I thought that would be cool. Is the hard drive fast enought to run games at a satifactroy level or would you put in a new hd

| Admin | IMO, the harddrive is substantial enough to satisfy my playing needs/wants. Generally speaking, I think that the biggest hold up with any game consol is the load time for the game and for levels. Play is good. Dave ![]()
