Well now with the new update it looks like there is no reason to get a wii because the new dashboard has a lot of very similar features to a wii

Wow, this may be the deal I'm looking for. If my 360 keeps dying I may have to just give up and buy a new one. Considering I already have the hard drive, games, Live subscription, controllers, power brick, etc...I'd at least get a working console, another controller (wireless!), a bigger memory card, and for $20, a second 20GB drive would be worth it. May keep it in mind for Christmas, though I'm wondering whether the Jasper boards have hit retail yet (don't want to buy until they do). I hope mine just keeps working though.

As for my Wii, played it a bunch for about a year until I got my 360 (broken, free from a friend), then I mainly spent time fixing the 360 rather than playing GH3 Wii. Also, I got the 360 right as I sent off my GH3 Wii disc for replacement, so being out of my favorite Wii game, I resorted to playing GH3 on 360 with a controller. Over that month, got so good at using the controller I didn't want to go back, and I was also hooked on the awesome graphics that the 360 had.

1) I'm gonna buy it from the local Gamestop- anyone know how much the warranty costs there (1 year)?

2) Does the Arcade version come with HD component cables (I don't mean HDMI)?

3) How many save games can I hold on the memory card it gives me (to be used until I get the hard drive)?

4) How much is a new hard drive?

5) I have the money on a paypal account. If I transfer it to my mom's bank account, will it be transferred instantly?

i believe you can put your serial number of your new machine in at the microsoft site, and if it qualifies....then they will sell you a refurbished 20GB hard drive for $20.....I think all arcade versions qualify for that.

i was just given an arcade console with no wires all i need is to do the promotion the 360 was purchased this summer so itl be good for it. and buy a power brick we have hdmi cables, my brothers gave me a controler aswell.
