how in the heck do i copy stuff?

how do i copy stuff to my memory card? i really want to transfer some game saves from an xbox hard drive to my memory card, so i can have them at home, but i cant figure out how, any1 have any ideas?

yah, i figgered it out, you have to push right when you are on the game you want to copy and select the actual block you want to copy
