how do i connect to my windows xp pro computer

ok i have an xbox 360 pro and the wireless adapter, i have my computer with all my videos and music on it and i would like to transfer all my music to my xbox via the network adapter, how do i do this, the computer has a wireless network card inside it and it is runing windows xp pro, if i can't do this for some reason wat r some other ways of getting my music onto my xbox , but i rather do it via network, help plz?

there is a program called tversity that i use you can use any format of videos unlike the one Microsoft provides
