Help with vga setup

okay im making my first computer build and im excited to play my 360 on a new monitor, does anybody know where the sound is setup on a vga connection?

Dude, you already asked the same question earlier in the thread about hooking it up to your monitor

the red and white cables are for sound, the big blcak thing plugs into yoru monitor. they are separate parts, both included in yoru cable that you are buying. if you wanna plug em into normal speakers that dont take L R cables, then buy an adapter or something

yea im not retarted, but if you look at the vga cable you have two extra wires which i have no idea where i would plug in

Yea the VGA adapter you buy has the rca cables with it so just connect with your sound system.
