Help set up my router for my 360 plz

Title..

I had to reset my linksys wrt110 router.

Linksys customer support had helped me set it up where my 360 had a static IP and all that was set to manual but now it is all screwed and I can now join friends online...

I am not paying $70 to have them help me set up a stupid problem like this.

yea none of that worked. I had already tried that, port forwarding does make the xbox not say that i have my nat to strict but when i try to do my dmz it says that my nat is strict again. I think it is because I got this new modem and it has a tighter firewall then my previous modem.

I think I am just going to try and use my old modem again and see how that goes. I just ordered a D-Link router as well just to try something new. for the $ i gave for it i will hope that it does a little better.

Edit: tonight or tomorrow I am going to try and set up port forwarding and a static ip on both my modem and my router and see if that helps at all..
