I am an xbox mod noob.... i am looking to buy a mod chip. I need a solderless one because again..im a big noob PLEASE help me find a good solderless xbox mod chip

ok the chameleon and matrix both clip right in; however since its against the dmca- most sold now have no bios ..you have to flash them yourself.

how do you flash the bios on an xbox chip, as i as well am an xbox modding noob, lol

basically you would just use a small application called a bios manager to send the data from your pc over a printer cable to an lpt adapter on the xbox.

..nice blue lighting effect too btw.

not all of them, theres a new chip called the x-bit & it does come w/the flash software. it also connects via usb!
