Help FLV to Xbox 360

Does anyone know of a way to convert .flv video files into a format that is playable on the Xbox360 maybe a free program of some sorts, I have tried a few ways but they all failed in the end.

I use Media Convert - free and on line - convert and split sound, ringtones, images, docs - MP3 WMV 3GP AMR FLV SWF AMV MOV WMA AVI MPG MP4 DivX MPEG4 iPOD PSP OGG WMA AAC MP4 MPC MMF QCP KAR MIDI REALAUDIO FLAC JPG PSD DOC PDF RTF TXT ODG ODP ODS ODT SXW for occasional converting, don't convert often so I don't have a program for it. Convert it to .wmv, the 360 can play those easily.

unfortunately the online converter came out terribly, oh well, it was switching colors and lagging etc, I'll keep searching.

Go to download.com and download "Free FLV converter" it is fast and converts .flv into all kinds of other formats and it is fast.
