Blue dragon: Moody dragon fang glitch?

Hey all,

So i spent a crap load of time power up to fight all the dragons around the world.

However i seem to be missing the moody dragon fan. I remember fighting the moody dragon in the underground river way earlier in the game... no chest appeared after i killed him...

I went back there to see if i missed the chest, and i don't see one... .Does this mean i'm screwed? is this some kind of glitch???

at least i remember fighting this dragon... hummm.. either way.. if i didn't he's not showing up
