Cool WoW troubles

Well I've been playing WoW for awhile now and it's been fine, but now when i download the new patch and it tries to install i get a message from visual studios 5 asking if i want to debug. I took visual studios off since I dont need it for school anymore and tryed installing it again, but i get the same message even tho I uninstalled VS5. Any thoughts on this, I would really like to get back to playing WoW
