Unreal Tournament 3 is the most optimized game for quad core, and Q6600 outperforms the higher clocked E6750 in that game by small margin But of course it won't beat E8400 If you are a gamer, then get E8400 because it is one of the best gaming processor in the market and it overclocks very well
