SI'm pretty sure Supreme Commander supports four cores, so does Lost Planet. I think Alan Wake will use all 4 when it releases.
If no one can tell me any currently on the market or slated to be on the market in the near future, I'm probably going to be getting the E8400 when it comes out in a couple days here

STALKER, Bioshock.
Umm...I'm pretty sure none of these games are quad core optimized. Crysis is D/C optimized, but that's it. If I'm wrong then let's see some links to proof
Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
HTPC: Phenom II X4 920 | Biostar TA790GX XE mATX w/ ATI HD 3300 IGP | 4 GB Dominators DDR2 1066
LG Blu-Ray/HD-DVD ROM + DVD RW | 60 GB OCZ Vertex SSD | WD Caviar 1 TB | Antec Veris Fusion Black HTPC Case
Logitech diNovo Edge KB | Win7 Pro 64-bit

I don't believe that any game to this date is quad core optimized. I believe Alan Wake will be the first, or at least I remember reading someone boasting about it being the first one somewhere.
CPU: Intel Q6600 B3 @ 3.0 GHz
Cooler: Tuniq Tower 120
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L
RAM: G.Skill 4 GB DDR2 800
GPU: EVGA 8800GT Superclocked 512 MB
HDD: 2 x Seagate Barracuda 160 GB
PSU: OCZ StealthXStream 600W
Case: Cooler Master Centurion 5
yup there are zero games optimized for quad core. Supreme commander shows marginal gains with quad core but it certainly isn't optimized for it.
Alan Wake ftw

Alan Wake, waiting for it so bad !
They've been talking about Alan Wake since 2006, and I hear it's not coming out until 2009. F this I'm getting an E8400... 4.4Ghz FTW
