REQUIREMENTS
* 4+ years experience developing online applications with PHP
* Experience architecting PHP web applications
* Excellent knowledge of PHP Object Oriented programming
* Excellent knowledge of MySQL
* Experience working on large scale consumer-oriented sites
* Best Practice: Coding, Documentation, Team/Group programming.
* Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS (a big PLUS), XML, RSS.
* Excellent design sensibilities
* Working knowledge and understanding of AJaX

GENERAL
* BS or MS in CS or equivalent education or experience
* Good database schema design skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Local candidates only.
* No H1B visa sponsorships.

HIGHLY DESIRABLE SLILLS
* Apache administration
* Knowledge of PEAR libraries
* Java/JSP, Flash
* Strong knowledge of IIS and .NET
* Creative/Design background

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Design, build, deploy and maintain dynamic, data-driven web applications
* Troubleshoot and resolve software & system issues on a 24/7 basis
* Basic network administration
