Default storage in oblivion?

is there any chests or barrels in oblivion that I can safely store my wares for lengths of time without fear of them disappering short of haveing to buy a house?

Guilds...but they dissapear eventually. Just buy the super cheap shack in the city. 4000 only I think.

Try downloading a plugin, the Topal Light House mod is excellent. But any of the mods that adds a house etc, almost all of them have useable storage chests. Here's a link for some mods just choose one that appeals to you.

There is a mod called Dimensional Pocket. This mod adds a spell that leads to five pocket dimension where you can bed down and store your stuff in chests.

But if you don't like that I guess you should just buy a house and store your stuff there.
