Default Splinter Cell Graphics Problem PLEASE HELP

Hi

I just installed Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow, but I've had 2 graphics problems. The first I fixed by updating new drivers, it was a rendering problem. The second I can't fix. In the game's diagnostic it says my system does not have proper pixel shading support, how can I fix this?

thanks

What is your graphics card? Be sure it has support for pixel/vertex shaders; update to the latest version of DirectX if you haven't done so.

Your graphics card DOES NOT support pixel/vertex shaders.

Even then, I'm not so sure how the game would be playable on such a graphics subsystem.
