I believe u can just go into theInit.con file located in (...ProgramFiles>EA GAMES>bf2>mods>bf2) or something and change all the movie at startup to 0, instead of 1.

I believe you can add "+restart 1" to the commandline for your shortcut to disable them, but I'm not 100% sure of the command.


Trotter: You say 15% disk space should be left available. Should that be on my windows partition, or the partition my game is installed on? I only have a 6GB partition for windows, because I install everything else on another partition, so I can easily reformat. Is that bad?

Dunno. I just quoted what I found.

6GB? Sheesh. I have Windows on a 20gig partition, and almost everything else on the other 60.

Yeah, well, I only have an 80GB drive and I got a lot of stuff, lol. I had to reformat a LOT in the past couple months, so I figured it was time to make it easy.
