hi when i got stalker last week i installed it and it worked fine then i installed the patch and it would get to the client syncronising stage and crash anyway that i reinstalled the game without the patch but the same effect happened anyway the prob just disapearred. for 2 days but now it is back any suggestions plz?

Im not quite sure, have you tried stopping any background Aplications such as Norton ect ect, it might be conflicting with one of your background programs.
Well, make sure it's completely uninstalled, and you delete the patch file from the program files, and reinstall. If that doesn't work, you could try to system restore to before you installed the game, and try again.
