please help

hi ive just bought madden 2007 for my pc. ive installed the game fine. it goes through the options fine and i pick a team. when i go to start game it starts loading then crashes it says the application has encounterd a problem and needs to close. then it says.

send error report Dont send

how can i stop this..

Uninstall... Then run Ccleaner (which can be downloaded).

Run Ccleaner and delete all the Madden Reg Strings...

After that has finished, install madden again.

You may also want to check the video settings and make sure they are not running on high for the time being. I don't know your specs, so you could fully be able to run the game...however lets get these errors fixed first.

thanks i have uninstalled it twice and completly erased it then reinstaled it the same problem happens i have a radeon9550 graphics card. 160 gb rom disk 768 ram celeron d prosseser.

how do i check my video settings?

Video settings should actually be in the Game settings...

When you "Completely" erased it... I'm assuming you cleared the Registry of any Madden Strings?

well ive been having problems with my machine so i done a complete system recovery then installed everything again. when looking at system examination for madden 07 everything has a tick by i apart from display driver how do i update this?
