old games in windowed mode

hello all,

Iv recently installed some old games like birth of the federation and imperium galactica 2, i want to play them in windowed mode but cant find any info on commands to do it or it the options in game.

Does anyone know of software to force games to run in windowed mode?

If you're able ot alt-tab out of the game, you can right click on the program running in the taskbar and click properties. This will present you with a menu in which there will be some options to adjust the window size. Unfortuantely, I think this has to be done every time you launch the game. ATM, I'm unaware of a command-line switch that would do it.
