Considering it's a cross-platform game I doubt we will see DX10, at least not at launch, maybe a patch like Company of Heroes is doing.

I remember when I announced on here that FSX might release a dx10 patch in the early stages and everybody kept saying "oh whatever you can't just patch to dx10 support" What ignorance.
