I need some ideas for a LAN party. We will have 4-6 players so run and gun player only games will get boring so I am looking for some good co-op type games.

We have been playing Red Alert 3, I was thinking about something like Hidden and Dangerous 2, Rainbow Six 3 or one of them, possibly Splinter cell but a squad based game is probably the only one you can get good co-op play.

We probably won't have access to the internet while we play just local LAN.

Another idea is a multiplayer game that allows you to add computer controlled bots to each team, anyone know of something like that?

Something like Jagged Alliance 2 or Silent Storm would be great but they don't have MP

Any other ideas, a good squad based game would be a lot of fun.

EDIT: game probably needs to run on midlevel systems, most of them have decent laptops that run Red Alert 3 fine with no problems.

Dunno how demanding it is, but I have had fun with a 4 person LAN playing terrorist hunt on Vegas 2.

You can add bots with Unreal Tournament 3. That game should run on mid-lvl machines no problem.
